Nothing compares to the grandeur and spectacle that is the Granddaddy of ALL Parades! Over the course of the last 7 years, we've been blessed with the honor of working with 8 Fantastic Bands traveling to the Rose Parade The Tournament of Roses Parade represents the pinnacle of achievement for any Marching Band (and any tour operator, for that matter). We can't think of any higher honor... the Sudler Shield or Trophy (perhaps)... but that's about it. Other fantastic parades take place every year (Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, DC's Independence Day Parade or Cherry Blossom Festival Parade, the Prince Kuhio Commemoration Parade on Oahu, various St. Patrick's Day Parades, the Kentucky Derby's Pegasus Parade in Louisville, Mardi Gras in New Orleans, etc.)... but nothing matches the Rose Parade.
The application process to get accepted as one of the few Bands invited to the Tournament of Roses Parade is somewhat rigorous... but it's all worth it. Every person associated with the Band will remember where they were when they heard the Band was going to the Roses. Better yet, we will help ensure that every single person involved in the tour to the Roses will return home with unmatched memories that will last a lifetime. Oh yeah, it's also pretty good for recruiting for future programs. Once you've taken that infamous 110 degree turn from Orange Grove Blvd. to Colorado Blvd. and look down the hill at miles and miles of spectators anxiously awaiting your performance... you'll never, ever look at another parade the same again!
