American Music Performance Invitational for Choirs
New Discovery Tours is pleased to announce a commitment to Choirs of America (COA) to promote the American Music Performance (AMP) Invitational series for Choirs. Each COA event offers an unparalleled experience for choral programs. We are proud to be the first tour operator to bring COA's inaugural AMP Nationals event to choirs. Taking place April 11-13, 2013 in the New York City area... the AMP Nationals event features adjudicated performances, full one-hour clinics with Master Clinicians, Andre Thomas, Jerry Blackstone, Joe Miller and Jeffrey Douma, vocal master classes with Matthew Oltman (music director emeritus, Chanticleer), workshops... AND a massed choir rehearsal and prism concert in Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium with Anton Armstrong.
